Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loans are designed to stimulate private sector investments which help to create new jobs and/or saves existing jobs, business expansion and start up ventures.

SBA Portion of Project:

• Up to $1.5 million on most projects
• $2 million for projects that meet one the Public Policy Goals
• $4 million for manufacturing OR energy efficiency projects that generates renewable energy
